The floral and refreshing profile is a perfect start to the liquid journey and reflects the lush countryside where distillery #2 resides. Continuing north, head along the Firths of Moray, Cromarty and Dornoch for a taste of \u003cstrong\u003eCask 26.121 A real ‘pick-me-up’\u003c\/strong\u003e. This northern Highland dram has a textured mouth feel of caramelized orchard fruit, cabinet spice and sea spray that will enliven the senses.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTravel further north still to the mainland’s end and catch a ferry to the Orkney Islands.
