Hot, smoky and ashy on the palate like \u003cstrong\u003eapplewood smoked chicken with Dijon rub\u003c\/strong\u003e as well as pancakes with maple syrup and bacon. With water it felt like being in a small \u003cstrong\u003esmoky cottage\u003c\/strong\u003e eating exotic dishes like \u003cstrong\u003esmoked plum and nectarine ice cream \u003c\/strong\u003eand macarons with a raspberry ganache whilst drinking a glass of smoky, \u003cstrong\u003erefreshingly crisp mineralic Riesling\u003c\/strong\u003e rose wine.
